My PIA Hours are blocks of time that allow you to access direct support from our specialist Consulting team. These hours can be used for a range of supports, such as dedicated consultant time, self-assessment review, and tailoring supporting documents such as participant and staff handbooks, service agreements, feedback forms, privacy and statements, etc. Provider Institute Hours are flexible, so you can always purchase more hours when you need them.
